NO never! I have an XFX 9800GTX+ and I can say its a crappy video card.

I cant get more than 10 fps in GTA IV when I set all settings to max! (1680x1050).

If you need a good and cheap video card for gaming go for an ATi 4870.

It cost about 120$ and you can get good fps in games like GTA IV or Crysis...

speed= 2.7 X2 = 5.4

cache= 2mb per core

Look at the graphics. I have seen this game on all lowest (which is what I run it on. I was basing an ingame video on whether I should get this card) and they detail distance and view distance are both at highest I can tell. I am assuming the rest are maxed as well.

You won't be playing GTA IV with that Sempron. GTA IV is VERY demanding on the processor, and you need atleast a dual core processor to play. A quad core is reccomended.

go into your BIOS and look for advanced chipset features. depending on wgat kind of motherboard you have your overclock settings with either be in that or frequency/voltage control once. inside either of those you should see system clocks. then once inside of system clocks look for CPU multiplier. and set it as high as it goes. now after that go back once and look for FBS and memory config. once their look for FSB memory clock mode and make sure its unlinked.

now go right under that and change your bus speed just dont go nuts and ramp it all the way that will fuck your computer up! now another thing is the higher the mhz you overclock it the more volts the cpu is going to use so if your computer gets the blue screen of death or is unstable you will have to up the volts once again dont go nuts with it. i recoment looking for a overclock tutorial on youtube just so you can see what im talking about. well good luck and fun overclocking =)
