Apple has always been a company that needed a store of its own. In the 90s retailers did not really communicate the brand and products properly to people. The Apple store is absolutely wonderful. There are other companies that make great products that I feel need their own store as well to communicate the value of their products, the main company that I can think of presently is Nintendo, which needs more worldwide stores.

He perfected the mp3 player, the desktop, the laptop, the phone, and the tablet. he was an innovator. it takes a great mind to perfect all five of those popular products. plus he was the one that gave Dennis Ritchie a job in the first place. he made the first computer out of spare parts in his garage. i know I wouldn't be able to make a computer today with the technology we have. he was truly a genius.

I went to this store when it first opened every weekend for years and had so much fun, and I knew a lot of the people who worked there, and I remember I always wanted a mac but they were just too expensive... when i found out this was the FIRST apple store EVER I was totally shocked... I'm still just blown away that this store i've spent so much time in had steve jobs standing in it...
