It makes no sense at all. They are basicly ripping you off your money buy false promises with their trailers. Think about it.

@RaidGamingHD Like you said, they make the driving realistic. Why do you care about crashing, you make it sound like the driving is secondary, that you're more interested in seeing crashes.

Also, it's very hard to get the car manufacturers to allow the game makers to create full realistic damage. They don't want people seeing their cars mangled. And I don't think the consoles are quite ready for that much depth in a video game. Forza 3 already pushes Xbox pretty hard.

@miiiikeh GT5 shouldn't have so much better damage. It's not Turn 10's fault they have to use shitty damage. The car manufacturers don't allow them to damage their cars after a certain point. GT5 shouldn't be much different in damage. That's why Split Second uses fictional cars instead of real ones so they can beat and destroy the fuck out of them however they want. Either way the point of the game is to race, it's not a demolishin derby game.

the reason parts went flying off are because you can disable to damage. Theres none, cosmetic (only looks damaged) , and simulation (looks like it was in a crash and affects your driving, steerings harder, etc.)

on and by the way i raced more actual races in my first night of playing forza 3 online than i did in all the months of playing forza 2 online. Like i said earlier, I don't know what you're talking about, these new servers are ten times better on their worst day than the old ones ever where on their best day.

Damage was off in the race and I think it's realistic. I just hate that they destroyed the multiplayer mode. Multiplayer was so funny with tournaments and open lobbys in Fm2. In FM3, there are no tournaments and all public lobbys are controlled by the game.

The servers i think are the best part in Forza 3. I remember playing forza 2 when it first came out and how great the online was. I stopped playing forza 2 because of gears 2 and a couple of months ago i jumped online in forza 2 and literally hours man i was being kicked by the host because i wasn't on his friends list. It was bullshit man, you pretty had to know someone to play online. That was retarded. With these forza 3 servers i don't think that will ever be a problem.
