  • Wow...idiot. The smaller you are, it becomes exponentially more difficult to get bigger weights...hence why the world record isn't held by someone who is 185.

  • Yes he was which proves my point that its a lot easier for some to bulk and ge strong or get cut and strong. Some just have slower motablosims which can effect the fat burnning rate. Also if someone weighs to much for there hight but is still strong it shouldnt matter how much they can lifet over there own weight. Ware as a skinny guy just has less fat. Bad speller .

  • well there, first off, being a powerlifter, powerlifting actually WEAKENS your punches and kicks in martial arts because the muscles get too big and bulky, and the tendons don't move quickly as opposed to a skinny guy who can punch quickly and swiftly. I don't think bruce could lift a ton of weight (not saying he wasent incredibly strong) but he is very defined and endurance strong

  • Near-perfect bench. Garrett's butt did come off the bench, which would red light it in powerlifting competition ... but I bet with a little work, he could easily do that weight paused, butt down AND raw.

    Impressive, especially given his bodyweight. I was never NEAR 365 weighing less than 220, nevermind under 190!
