geminilegend you are way out of line here, kamiya is showing some very use stuff here, maybe you should watch some other videos before you make stupid coments, he has alot of talent and hes size doesnt have anything do do with the video, the viddeo has shown something and unless hes body affected what is meant to be demonstrated i think it would be in your best interest to shut up. Wrong? Proof is right there in the video bub. Your body fat percentage is way out of line, and when someone can tell that by sight, that's pretty bad. No one with a roll of flab hanging over there belt needs to be trying to demonstrate anything about the benefit of martial art, fitness, etc. What you need is a weight loss program. Sorry to be so blunt, but its in your best interest to know.

LOL. Bigboy needs a Biggest Loser program... He can't even keep his belly from hanging over his shorts. The skills here are very basic. What in this was worth making a video - especially with someone out of shape and not showing the health benefits?
