A mi me encantan los sopes. Con chorizo, frijolitos y salsa verde. Que ricos! Muy bueno el video pero note algo interesante. Nosotros hacemos los sopes igual pero los freimos tantito en aceite, ya despues le ponemos los frijoles, el chorizo la salsa el queso etc. Pero bueno me interesa probarlos sin freir.

A bag of Maseca corn tortilla flour mix is used for the dough. The bean mixture would be re fried beans.

You can find the measurements on the bag of flour for the sopes. There are plenty of videos on Youtube to help you with making re fried beans (fresh would taste best), but if you want to be quick you could always buy them in a can. Good luck in the kitchen! :)
