Voice acting and so much more but that was it...no real adventure D: not like the primes anyways....*sigh* oh well X.D however, yah...lets hope there isn't another Other M or if there is...they get it right this time X.D and and have screw attack :p metroids number 1 signature move rofl. :D

@Kingshadowclock YES, it was a bit of a letdown. No 'you have to figure it aaaaalll out for yourself' in the game. Although I like how you get to get inside Samus' head a bit. That was about it though, there was too much direction throughout it for my taste. I like being stuck due to my own stupidity, not due to the boss being too large to kick around. (I.E. the "deleter"s first apearance in that thing that tries to run you over) I NEED THE SCREW ATTACK! :D

I love this remix. I think it's cool how one of the lesser known (or at least not one of the MOST known) songs in Metroid gets such glory. Even as an instrumental, it is incredible, and the lyrics just makes it more amazing. The most successful Metroid lyrics I know of.

I would love a movie for this series like everyone else, but I am so afraid they would ruin it..

often with movies liscensed after videogames they aren't made by the fans or anyone who seems to care about the small details and elements that made the series what it is. examples being the super mario brothers movie, double dragon, street fighter the movie.. they are made as a money grab in most cases to bank off a popular title and rarely do we find a gem among these bad movies

@PixelJustice20XX You're totally right, most movies based on games are not made by people that care about these games. Street Fighter is the worst example, but they made tragedies in many others too, and the movies that really seem like the original games are minority, unfortunately. Anyway, if someone that DOES like Metroid made the movie... gosh, that would be incredible!

I agree, if say James Cameron or Ridley scott were to take a stab at it, it could be a beautiful thing.

I think it would need to have some horror elements for sure, being alone in a dark alien world would take its mental toll. if elements from "event horizon" "the alien seriies" "the descent" and "Star wars" (in terms of the pace of the storyline and adventure) could all be brought together properly it would be amazing and hopefully rated R original metroid fans are adults now

I have seen vocals take away from the feel of the game it is supposed to represent.

That is not the case here, infact these vocals magnify the atmosphere that is created in the metroid series. The lyrics hold a sense of feeling alone in a vast sea of stars, yet being observed by the unknown. capturing the bond samus has with a creature she does not understand, but feels connected with.

atleast that is what I heard in this song.
