  • @COMICID Squats are probably the best leg exercise out there. No other leg exercise works so many muscles of the lower limbs.

  • @mankindkn its 3 sets eac exercise nooo its a body weight different than heavy weights hes saying till you fatigue thats how you get results

  • @Backslash28 Dude, the exercises on p90x have been around for a long time...way before p90x even existed. People have been using these exercises for a while, your grandfather probably used some of these back in the days. Get over that nonsense about p90x inventing exercises.

  • @YoungCutthroat actually body building came out of its primitive days when steroids came out around 45-50 years ago inwhich people saw their was money to make with muscle building machines ergo joe weider began making machines and weights

I think its funny how some of how some of you guys see an infomercial and now you think your fitness experts, lol. P90X is a great program, but they did not reinvent the wheel. You have got a lot of ball pretending to know what your talking about, lol. For the record ALL us fitness guys are copying off of "Joe Weider" (google him) HE is the GODFATHER of modern Fitness.

  • @Backslash28 Don't be naive, these exercises are not something new, the sport of bodybuilding has ben around for a long time, everything has been done and redon again with a different imagine but with the same basic movement. Brandon Carter is showing us his training style to get ripet fast.
