@landonfurrable This is my all time favorite cadence. Sorry, I can't help you with mama, mama can't you see, but I do have a regular version of it in my videos. If you find a slower version let me know, next year is when I'm getting ready for the Marines physically, and I'd like to have some music when i'm doing humps.
