Maybe you could try out Veoh? I haven't really used it a lot recently, but last time I was using it regularly, they didn't seem as crazy as YouTube as far as kicking your video/audio off the site. XD

They aren't quite as good/big as Youtube and Veoh, but I suppose as a last resort you could maybe try like Google Videos or something? Or maybe make a Facebook account for your videos only and upload them there? =/ I think you can upload videos on Myspace, also, but I'm not really sure. XD

Crunchyroll will probably work in his/her country, but I honestly wouldn't really recommend putting your videos on crunchyroll. ^^;
