  • you have great insight, but like many others, you didnt explain, and or try to figure out, what Gendo said at the END of "end of evagelion". I believe he said something about being her father, but we dont know

  • ...that's covered in Panel #2, "Explanation of Evangelion"...I didn't load that video yet.

    Short answer: only Hideaki Anno and the Japanese Voice Actress for Ritsuko know what Gendo said; and it had to be something that *utterly devastated and defeated* Ritsuko, to the point that she would welcome death and not even try to dodge. A simple "I always loved you" doesn't seem enough...

  • Gendo is 48, and Ritsuko is 30. You seriously think that they'd make Ritsuko the teenaged love child of Gendo, without ever even hinting of that in the plot.
