Wow that sound thing just pissed me off so much. Cool whirly gig thing though. Go to your my videos section and edit in an approved music track. It will replace the audio with a song of your choosing. I had a similar problem with my Power Wheels video. Some guy was mowing a lawn right behind the came man!,lol

I'll apologize for the nasty static on the audio, even though I didn't do anything to cause it. It "just happened" a couple months ago, and although I've tried to get the youtube folks to notice the problem in every way I can find, I've had no response whatsoever. I'll keep trying...in the meantime, just turn the audio off, it's only the sound of the machine anyway...

Good eye! The one pre-manufactured part that I used is that worm gear: it's the barrel of a plastic drywall anchor, I just chopped the head and point off. It was just too perfect for the job to pass up :-)
