  • 1 Luxembourg 122,272 2 Qatar 97,967 3 Norway 96,591 4 Switzerland 84,983 5 Australia 66,984 6 United Arab Emirates 66,625 7 Denmark 63,003 8 Sweden 61,098 9 Netherlands 51,410 10 Canada 51,147 Here you got the List that is true top 10. All that can confirm the list "thumps up"
  • @MrTjoland Thanks for this new list. Things change all the time.

  • It should be:

    1)Qatar 102,891 USD

    2)Luxembourg 84,829 USD

    3)Singapore 59,936

    4)Norway 53,376

    5)Hong Kong 49,342

  • yo man where is saudi arabia in your list?

she is the most Exporter of oil (GAS) in the whole world???

  • Particulary Singapore is a tiny country with a incredible power, has more international reserves than Brazil, its military forces are more powerful than that of Argentina and Brazil together, exports 470 billions US$ comparable to Taiwan 600b, Germany 1400b, Japan 900b and USA 570b. Their percapita income is 64,000US$ and continues growing 6% per year. Has no resources, it has to import ground, food and water from its neighbours because it has a density of 6700hab/km2, is a badass small country

  • @AZURA888 Idk about an army more powerful than Argentina and Brazil together. But I do know for a fact that their laws are merciless.

  • @Du30ke Lee Kwan Yew instaured a hybrid democracy with dictatorship but capitalist oriented economy as that of the other asian tigers. Yes the military spending of Singapore is 12 billion US$ almost the same of Israel, that's why Indonesia and Malaysia won't problem with this territory. In 1960 they were very poor but its development has been a catedra for economist.

  • USA could in the mid of ur list, but from my own opinion opinion, I think it is the richest because it is a major contributor to any problems in the world...USA always donate and help alot of countries in the world.

  • This countries is cradle of fit.

  • Most of those aren't even countries. They're very small city states like Singapore, Brunei, etc. They have populations under a million and are consumer economes. They're mostly city states, principalities, not countries, which have no impact whatsoever on the world economy. In other words, they're insignificant. It's easy to have a larger per capita GDP when you have a population of only 400,000 or less. Per Capita GDP just means that you divide their very small nominal GDP's by population size.

  • @franconese01 There are small countries with extreme low per capita income, the unique vantage of small countries over bigger is they can become tax heaven. And yes, Singapore, Hong Kong, Qatar, Dubai and the Emirates and Luxembourg has real impact over the world economy. Qatar export 2 millon barrels per day, Hong Kong is the main finance center in China together with Shangai, Luxembourg is a important steel center in Europa and Singapore has the bigger stock exchange after USA, Japan and UK

  • @franconese01 Oh my goodness you are so naive! Singapore has a population of 5 million people and it has a huge impact on the world economy as they have the worlds largest port and USA has invested hefty sum in Singapore. Although small, Singapore is a prosperous country and is the 3rd richest country in the world capita. Singapore build up their name and wealth not like Qatar who has natural resources while Singapore have none. Everything is from scratch.

  • World's Biggest Debtor Nations at the end of 2011 as listed by CNBC:

    1) Ireland 2) United Kingdom 3) Switzerland 4) Netherlands 5) Belgium 6) Denmark 7) Sweden 8) Finland 9) Austria 10) Norway (251% of its GDP) 11) Hong Kong 12) France 13) Portugal 14) Germany 15) Greece 16) Spain 17) Italy 18) Australia 19) Hungary 20) USA (over 100% of its GDP).

  • See the video "The World's Biggest Debtor Nations" as listed by CNBC. Nominal GDP or Per Capita GDP don't mean anything when your country holds a massive debt. Norway is ranked as the 10th biggest debtor nation with an external debt of 251% of its GDP. The USA is ranked as the 20th biggest debtor nation with its debt over 100% of its GDP.

    1) Ireland 2)

  • LOL Consider how you get Per Capita GDP. You take those country's GDP's and divide it by the population. What does that tell you? Those countries have very low nominal GDP's compared to the countries with the largest economies. It's easy to have a high per capita GDP when your population is so small, and in most countries, the wealth isn't evenly distributed. You can't even make a living with the per capita GDP's of most of those countries in the nations with the highest nominal GDP's.

  • you stupid america in first

  • 2012:Singapore-3rd-$69 000

  • stop showing up tiny little countries like liechenstein, san marino, isle of man, bermuda and all that shit.it isn't even REAL countries.its fake countries built up by mafia an millionares and they haven't even taxes there!well abit, but not much.

  • Thats fake what about kuwait?!

  • Even though Qatar is very rich, many people are greedy in Qatar, and many foreigners looking for good job opportunities can't make the money that they're promised. Islam has many roots of evil, even in the most developed countries like Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.

  • @SuperSkarmDG You are right and minorities are victimized in that country and other Middle Eastern countries than elsewhere.

  • @SuperSkarmDG Can you please send your video again as a video response my video on the 25 most corrupt countries in the world again? I have tried to see, but I think I have done something terribly wrong. Please send your video as a video response again, I really want to see it. It's my fault, I was distracted.

  • @bnbalenda Cmon Man Dont be Offensive to Norwegians Norway Is the 2nd Richest Country In Capita But :) good Top 20 I subbed m8

  • FUCK YOU ASHOLE

  • @hattenpatten1 Norway ranks as the second wealthiest country in the world in monetary value, with the largest capital reserve per capita of any nation.

  • @ProkseHDGaming Norway is the richest country by GDP per capita (nominal), but only 7th by PPP.

  • @ProkseHDGaming Norway is NOT even among the wealthiest nations in the world when you consider that Norway's external debt is 251% of its GDP. Nominal GDP or Per Capita GDP don't mean anything when your country is massively in debt. Norway has a huge deficit. See the video "Biggest Debtor Nations in the World." Norway is ranked as the 10th biggest debtor nation in the world.

  • where did you get this information? because IMF says Finland is the 14th.

  • usa the richest country in the world followed by China and Russia

    Error Report

  • @saudi270 followed by Russia?? get your facts wright..

  • @saudi270 It's wealth per capita, as stated.

  • @MsKaribean ok

  • @saudi270 The U.S is the richest country in the world, when you think of the GDP Nominal, followed by China, Japan, Germany, France, UK, Brazil, Italy, Spain, Canada, Russia and India. This is about GDP per capita, that's a different thing.

  • lol wtf, wheres brazil? many countries I've never seen before is in this List/Top. is this an "Official" based Top 20 at least?! ...'

  • United States was the only country of the 10 most populated that appeared in the list. Money never is enough.

  • Norway has amazing economy but for me is more incredible Singapore 60,000US$, the most competitive nation in the world.

Most of the economic boom of Norway 57000US$ and expansion far from Sweden 37800US$ comes from high oil prices from 60US$ per barrel in 2006 to 140US$ per barrel in 2008. Singapores has not oil, agriculture or even water, and even so is the developed country with the highest growth rate of 6,5%.

  • The Norway terrorist was very muslim, blue eyes, blond hair, yeap very muslim, a fuckin barbarian of the middle east. Each country has their deranged people even Norway.

  • Yay for Ireland!

  • u guys dumbs ? its per capita

  • This list is inaccurate to say the least.

  • japan isnt in the list?

  • @1000armoured Japan is the world's third richest country, but percapita means: divide all these wealth in its population. obviously not equitable, they are just statistics to determine the quality of life of people. JUST IMAGINE Japan have a population around of 160 million

  • @casyei15 thks, good info

  • Where is Norway? Norway is richest 129.000 dollars BNP ;)

States from US has to get money from Texas. God knows what could happen to your country if Texas or California was indepedent. Whole US would fall apart.

  • Comment removed

  • @RUPERTDOUGLAS90 you think this is funny?

you think that of 93 human life that died on a terrible way is funny, that was not Norway fault, it doesn't matter which country it was, the most of the people that died was people in the age 14-20

so stfu you fuckin piece of bieber shit!

  • @RUPERTDOUGLAS90 fkn redneck

  • @RUPERTDOUGLAS90 Per capita you're poor. Your average income is low, standard of living is low. Average level of education is low.. Oh, and your poverty level is horrendous, like your illiteracy level, your crime rates and furthermore, no other civilized coutry has anywhere nearly as many percent of it's population in prison. In my homecountry(which beats America in all these things, the crime rate is tens or hundreds times lower. ALL the prisoners in my country would fit in ONE american jail: )

  • @winterstellar

Lol all fake stuff you exaggerate too much, The U.S is the richest country where in norway will u find a place like beverly hills, las vegas, miami, new york, and so on? The poor ppl in usa are all european immigrants like russians and etc, alot of russians are in poverty in usa, same with italians, irish, blacks etc.

  • @RUPERTDOUGLAS90 But to be totally fair, I am exaggerating/trolling a bit. But not completely, Norway is a great place!!

  • @RUPERTDOUGLAS90 I'm kidding with you, but just one mopre thing: That "triple A credit rating" that America no longer has, geuss which coutry has it and will have it for maybe a century more? I'll give you a hint, a clue: It's country where the term "budget deficit" is unheard of, a country that only uses a tiny faction of it's budget SURPLUS, it's oil revenue to run the country..any idea? Hehe, chill..America is great, but the politicians' propaganda over there isn't always very trustworthy.: )

  • @RUPERTDOUGLAS90 And this is why the world hates USA because you are arrogant fucks

  • @danangsam I am sorry, if I misguided you. Jersy is not a country, but a British Crown Dependency off the coast of Normandy, France. It is known as The Bailiwick of Jersey. Guernsey is also a British Crown Dependency. But San Marino and Liechtenstein are European countries. San Marino lies within the Italian borders, whereas Liechtenstein is between Switzerland and Austria. They are both small countries.

  • @bnbalenda Sorry for the misspelling. I did it wrong. It's Jersey, not Jersy,
