Yazid began to poke the mouth with a cane, as he recited: "Swords split the skulls of men who are dear to us, but they were more disobedient and oppressive." Abu Barzah cried out to him. Loyalty to any Caliph is only upto the life span of that caliph. Loyalty to Allah is for all the times. If we do baith with any current ruler we have to be loyal to that ruler until he dosen't goes against Quran or Sunnah. What ever Yazid(rm) did will be for him i will not be asked any questions for his deeds neither will he be asked for my deeds.

Regarding your request to repost the third part, i dont have a copy of it. What i can recall is that. Hazrat Mawiya(RA) was Caliph for near about 30 years, Yazid(rm) was Waliahed for 10 years was their any discripancy over both the matters in this years. Does any one objected for waliahed of Yazid(rm) in this 10 years and what do you call the ummah including Hasnain(RAA) who gave bait to Mawiya(RA).

Its upto you what you consider, your deeds are for you mine for me and all the sahaba's(RAA) deeds for them. None will be asked for anyone else deeds. Its a hadith of Rasul Allah(SAW) that if you find anyone saying any bad about my sahaba reply to them that lanat of Allah be on that person who is inferior in the eyes of Allah i.e. if anyone critisizes any sahaba(whether you accept them to be a sahaba or not)this hadith implies on him. Be brave and accept this if you are true in critsizing.

Its not that the party on Haq dictates its terms, remember "Sulah Hudaibiyah" which Allah calls it as "fatahnam mubina", who dictated it, not even "Bismillah hir Rahma nir Rahim" was allowed to be written in it.
