@Xepher85O yeah, he's came a long way, definitely improved. I talked to him recently, and he confirmed this was his 1st EVER show with DD with him officially singing for them.
I was just at The house of Blues in Chicago Last weekend,They are touring with Skillet, Hawk nelson & The Letter Black. I love Decyfer Down & I had no clue they was on tour till they came on Stage, i was Blown away!, TJ was awesome! I love LIL surprizes like that! I had No clue who else was on the tour with Skillet! When You can, Check on the Band THE LETTER BLACK (formerly BREAKING THE SILENCE) Ironicaly, thats the name of thier new ALBUM! The Lead singer Sarah Anthony has KILLER VOCALS! ~JON
I wasn't with them for Caleb but I have heard T.J recently and the CD released this year is AWESOME! Caleb left for whatever his reasons are which usually leaves bands i a bind but God always has a ram in the bushes. And T.J is it so please stop complaining. He's doing God's work and that's what counts and this Vid is old. Much better now from what I've seen he is growing with them.
thats the new bassist. and btw to all of you who are complaining about tj, the songs were written for calebs vocal range, not his and the fact that he can sing them like he does is awsome. and u cant tell me that fading and wasting away dont sound amazing
although tj sings the part well, caleb was able to make the band look pretty hardcore with his spastic headbanging while playing the bass. tj just stands and sings.... even thought thats his job.
well, and at this concert, since it was 1 of his first, the lyrics were on a paper on stage for him. you can see him "reading" it around :50 He's gotten better though
i can agrree but i think we should wait till the album comes out and see. but calebs voice had a higher impact than i think tj does to the style of music, But i guesss ill have to see them in concert again to really make a final judgement
yeh, that night, the band told us that caleb wasn't going to be able to be there but they had a friend along who would cover for him....and tj ended up bein' great! thanks, i managed to be right up against the stage and it worked out very well. The vocal sound was really good for them, but for the other bands before them, it just wasn't that great. i was glad to have gotten them on tape.
