ANZ is the worse. I had an appt with a "Business Banker" who never turned up, then I was contacted by one of his colleagues who I never heard from again! Terrible service.
I don't remember walking into ANZ and being greeted by a creepy smiley man who holds my hand a little too long.

I have met Barbara at ANZ.Which is why I didn't open an account with them. Westpac is the only bank which has decent customer service
