eyes:

1- new layer

2- pick color you want of eyes

3- color on new layer over eyes on irises ONLY

4- (optional) go to filters> blur> gaussian (sp?) blur. find the coloring in the preview (you might have to look for it) and put setting on what you feel right (higher setting=more blur)

3- set opacity to a setting you feel looks good (lower setting=more see thru

im not trying to criticize or anything, im very aware of digital retouching.... but sometimes, when u retouch the skin, and blur it or smooth it, it can be a bit too much that when someone looks at the photo, they can tell its been digitally retouched...but greatt job dude... luv the work and the inspiration...lol

damn how do u use the eraser? I don't get it! when I use it, the area just gets white .__. I know u use the blur and then u erase the outline and eyes.. but how? .__.

what he does is he duplicates the background layer, and than blurs the duplicate. Then you use the eraser on the dup. layer and you wont get white. u got white because u were eraseing the actual picture

I agree think of it as an picture under another picture. your just erasing the top layer. (that is where the power is all in the layer undrstanding.
