@FelixHofinger1 Always the same heli, just minor parts exchange. It eventually crashed during the Russia flight which by coincidence was the last film stop. That's also the reason why we weren't at the Red Square in Moscow - even though we had special permission to take off there (and it was VERY VERY hard to get - too bad!).

@CrossingWolfi Danke Wolfi. Wir haben ehrlich gesagt noch nicht drüber nachgedacht, den Soundtrack "Global Explorer" über iTunes anzubieten. Aktuell gibt es ihn dort noch nicht.

@warmfreeze Because it's the world's largest R/C project ever and hard to believe this thing could be done. And to be honest, the effort was insane; have a look at the credit list.

Those of you familiar with GreenScreen/keying will know you cannot greenscreen this. Apart from the fact you'd need an insanely big screen you'd also need the real-life, super-exactly matching location shots anyway. So nothing to be won here.

Das Video kann man tausend mal anschaun! War bestimmt für euch absolut genial an solchen Plätzen zu fliegen!

Ich liebe es auch an ungewöhnlichen Plätzen (mitten im Deutschen Museum) oder an Orten mit toller Aussicht zu fliegen, aber das was ihr da veranstaltet habt ist einfach nur der absolute Hammer!

Today we would like to announce that "World Scenic Flights" has won the "Blue Danube Award" at the SilaFest International Film Festival in Serbia. What's more, the film is being screened at a number of international movie festivals. Needless to say we are very enthusiastic about this!! :-)

There is unfortunately some truth in that.

BUT! The download version on the website has been seen by app. 1 million people by now. Reasons are that we were hosted in 2 radio shows with 300.000 listeners each, also there has been extensive coverage in magazines plus an award at an international film festival. This said, it is strange that there aren't more views on YouTube (sometimes you get the impression the views count doesn't work reliably.)

You're right, and we got a couple of other suggestions, too ... Unfortunately it wasn't possible to include every place, though, and the flight schedule was quite restrictive as well, meaning we often didn't really have the choice.

This said, HeliGraphix has been to the Netherlands before, and we're sure that sooner or later we'll be returning! :-)

Well, it's all real and pretty much impossible to "fake" because you would still need all the flying scenes in correct relation to the respective backdrops. The latter would need to be filmed anyway - so somebody would've had to visit all those locations after all.
