M95 Sniping Long Range

2 of my favourite maps on this game (So far, only just got it :P) are Strike at Karkand and Daqing Oilfields :D Karkand 'cause it's fun to use all types of weapons and Oilfields 'cause it's a big map with tall stuff (tower, crane etc.)!

@Onidax Yeah and recently I started flying and now my fav. is Wake Island, Daqing prob. being my next favourite :D And I can't play online because I'm playing it on a Mac but I have mods like AIX2 and BFSP64 for SinglePlayer which are both really fun :D Because the default 16players is annoying... :|

@DarKSpideR99 Battlefield 2 is amazing! I agree with Onidax. It's the best online game ever created! So yeah, get it! haha the community is still a decent size, you can pretty much always find at least one or two good servers with 50-64 people in them.

And yes, you've got bullet drop in BF2.

i like how people complain that it isn't 1 shot one kill. i played bco1 and i get a better ratio in sniping(m95) then assult(xm8).

you have to think, bco has some of the longest range maps. if every shot (long range) was one shot one kill thats hella OP. i understand its annoying, but its fair that way.

in COD all the maps are small compared to Bco so every shot in COD with a 50 cal is 1 hit KO

Lol. To HIT him? You have bad logic. Bullet flight time, and bullet drop. Unless you are standing 100 meters away, and the guy is not moving, you HAVE to aim above him. And if he IS moving, you have to shoot ahead of the direction he is moving, aside from aiming a bit above him. At 400 meters, it takes 0.41 seconds for the bullet to impact the target. And if you shoot at his head from that distance, the bullet will hit at his feet.

m95 is excellent at long ranges as well. learn to use the crosshairs to compensate for the bullet drop. i've killed helo pilots on the sharqi tv tower from the construction site.

you are too lagy try compensating if they are moving by aiming infront of them if they are not moving it may be the range so try aim a bit above them

m95 for camping near base, sniping the cockpits of heli. m24 and l96a1 for headshots on human only, but m95 has more damage on vehicles. if you are a pro sniper, you can use m95 for long range sniping headshots, but the crosshair is thick for m95, you gotta estimate it yourself
