No, last letter of the band`s name NRM - "M" - means "Mroja" (read - Mro`ya). In Belarusian language is Dreams.

Mensk is historic name of Belarusian capital (older then 930 years so far). Minsk is Soviet name of our capital. Soviet officials changed it in 20th century. That`s why is two meanings in this song.

We pay money to the EU too and in 2012 we will pay more than we can teoretically get and remember that we don't take 100% of the money they give because the procedures to obtain money are very complex!
