Great work. How does G36 bolt catch work? If compared to the AK there is no bolt catch, the locking of the bolt into the barrell extension stabilizes it? It looks like the G36 hammer also engages the bolt catch, it looks complicated. Also how does the G36 slider function in relation to the lever index, lever axle and hammer? Also the auto sear? thanks.
@mapexdrummer2 You have to take into account that I make this using only an explanatory video of the real steel G36 trigger group. The bolt cartch engages the bolt, like in the real steel, not the bolt carrier. You can understan the function of all of the questions with this video:
@EmperorDevilhunter but i hear from the ratech themselves that WA clone mags will function in a GHK given inexpensive mods to ensure the output port positively seals up with the piston port.
@nakazatoGTR This is my design, the bolt is not compatible, but the magazines would be GHK mags in G36 shell, so yo coul also adapt WA M4 and clones mag to use with this with a magwell.
@nakazatoGTR It was dessigned as a conversion kit for AEG, but I stopped working on it when I saw the GHK one. Now I'm working on a HK33 conversion kit and a VZ58 complete gun. Both are almost done, so I hope make some videos soon.
