  • a noticed u give advise, do u have any on how to make the waist wider, coz when i tense on the abs it seems i go in a little, no any workouts on how to make it bigger? cheerz.

  • what you want to focus on doing is having muscle balance everywhere.. you want your front delts and rear delts to match, your chest and back, quads and hamstrings, biceps and triceps.. get my flow.. if you are musch stronger or carry more muscle one side or the other you in time will develop injuries or other issues, so train head to toe hard

  • so do u recomnd that i should do them ?? .. am doing 2 workouts for the die delts now cause they dont get any workout at all so i do 2 workouts for them and presses and rear delts wat do u recon .. am dying to get massive shoudlkers i got a big chest but it looks funny case there is no shoulder the chest is taking ova lol
