That's from an email I got. Interesting. The Bandits soundtrack was released under Sire/London/Rhino record companies. All of which are now owned in whole by Warner Music Group. NOT by Universal. Even the Saint Etienne song "Hobart Paving" which "Catch Me" is a remake of, was released under the Warner Music Group labels. I think YouTube got this video mixed up with my Queen Boudica video.

Tja, was haben wir denn hier? Ein geiler Song, passend zu einem der wenigen richtig geilen deutschen Filme. Das einzige was mir bei dem Film auf den Sack ging, war das offene Ende. Ansonsten: Top Mucke, gute Schauspieler. Normalerweise erkennt man den Unterschied zu amerikanischen Topproduktionen immer innerhalb von nur wenigen Sekunden. Bei dem hier würd ich, wenn überhaupt, sehr lange brauchen :D GEILER Film :D

Oh yah, about the movie, lol. It's about 4 women in jail/prison for petty crimes. They share a love of music and form a band in prison which they name Bandits. They get asked to play policeman's ball to show how they've reformed, but escape just before the show, the rest of the movie is about their wild adventures on the run, thumbing their nose at the law and authority. Lots of comedy, drama and suspense. I really liked it alot. Very cool movie I think.

I just love the movie, too.

Beside great music this movie is about the 4 women, what happened to them in the past to let them become criminals. Though it's not the main topic it completes the story and gives some depth to it.

Hey Bandits movie fans, just recently found out through a couple of the ladies links, that 3 of the 4 Bandits babes are now starring together in a 2008 movie based on a theatre play it appears. Jasmin, Katja and Nicolette. Film is Drei Schwestern or Three Sister in english.

Go search user jarekraczek to find his YouTube page, apparently he is the films director? He has 2 long previews of the film that are so cool and funny in places.

According to IMDB and my dvd box and soundtrack cd cover, the film is called "Bandits". A few years later a US film was made of the same name, causing confusion. About Jailbirds, I looked and closest thing I could find under that name is an 'erotic thriller' of that name in which 4 female convicts escape prison and kidnap a female tennis team and hold them "hostage to sexual desire". LOL. That is NOT the movie Bandits from which this music video comes. ;)
