that is a really bad idea. If the wind blows over your sailboat you make a big splash and you get wet.
When the wind blows over your sail bike, you are either going to have to steer into something (car, tree, phone poll) to keep from falling over, or you are going to plant your FACE in the asphalt at 40mph.
