@mistermassive1 lol...you could cheat - and just fry some chicken "nuggets" and top it with your homemade sauce LOL. My mom used to just fry stuff up using watered down bisquick if she was in a pinch LOL. Honest though it's not that hard as long as you line everything up - you will be in crispy beef heaven :)
@Psalm953 Ironically I found the woks in a duty free shop in LA...the siblings had to get theirs online. However I must say I always find Lodge pieces at Marshalls marked way below the online price. Chichi is right at home and I think she is thoroughly my sisters dog. Chichi does not like men but she follows us girls around and the other 3 dogs.
Working the fryer while pre-heating another wok?... Don't forget, I'm a man, I can't multi-task like that! lol The finished product looked REALLY good! Thanks for burning the midnight oil to get this posted for us. BTW, did your bread recipe, yesterday, and it is wonderful!
@TheSheChef Well, okay, if you say to. But, I'll have to make sure I get plenty of sleep before I attempt something like "multi-tasking". Even the sound of the word makes me sweat. Whew! Thanks for sharing your hard work.

Well done, but I recommend you skip the egg wash. Just dip it in the corn starch or rice flour and fry.....looks good!
