be patient. you can train them with goodies. let them have a taste, and later on, you can put them in your hand.

give them time, though. don't follow them with your hand if they try to get away. that will make your hand a 'bad experience'. talking to them can help as well. and spend a few minutes each day talking to them or doing things next to the cage while ignoring them.
