Why wasn't Dana allowed to wear street clothes and be free of his handcuffs when addressing the judge? This seems to present him as a jail house prisoner and how is this giving him a fair shake in front of the presiding judge? Also his court appointed lawyer was telling Dana to move it along and writing notes at the 26 minute mark and that also seemed disrespectful. Is this the usual way prisoners are handled in Madison? This video raises quite a few questions on the fairness of the system.

@lapeapod friend, after having a pubic depender order me to yeild to him my wedding band because I was forced to jail after being poisoned with medical LSD... which was Entirely his own rule and not a jail house rule at all... and then firing the bastard for playing with my grieving wife's breasts just before sentencing... they are real trash, some of them. And, it's going to get worse imo. Dana's best defense lies with public attention to his care!

the judge has until Dec 20 to declare whether Carl and I won standing to bring the action to mash out schedule one. The surprise was the judge mixing standing issues with trial issues and the prosecutor was all about that idea. Carl traded punches for about twenty minutes. the judge went at Carl as to his standing and Carl's was a religious standing. The time came for me to be called to stand and I am pure medical and made my spirited defense and made case for my OMMA card as proof

In support of our isolated on friend, Dana, I offer that Carl Olsen and I appeared before the Iowa district court today in suit against Iowa to knock out schedule one for cannabis. I think we just had a good day, folks! I could be wrong, but I think I'm right on this call. If this works pot will have NO SCHEDULE till the legislature puts it in a new one. I plan on asking where are all the dead reefer addicts during this magical period of time. Obviously there won't be any.
