People don't understand that a game that runs on 60 FPS is much more difficult to develop than a game that caps at 30. Look at the environments in this trailer. They're huge! With so many effects going on at once. DICE capping their game at 30 FPS shows laziness imo. 60 FPS has been the standard since CoD2. Which came out in 2005.
