@dragon55365 When you order, you pick out all the parts to the computer... PSU, CPU, RAM, GFX, MOBO, COOLING, CHASSIS... failure to order parts in right combination may lead to a malfunctioning product.

After you've selected the hardware components and order it, they build it for you and ship it to you.

I was expecting a computer from here, and called today (Nov. 4, 2010) , and they said that I had to call back again on Monday the day I SHOULD'VE been recieving it because the thing was messed up or something like that, I may still recieve it Monday I am unsure of that, so I cannot speak for this company yet, but I would recommend not buying from them.

(some people complian of cards not being attached correctly, and popping out on arrival.) anyway, i think that if you order the extra shit, they personally make sure everything is in place before they wrap and put the foam shit in.

Advanced Wiring makes the crew re-route your wires and wrap them up, and then they place them in generic areas of your computer. This allows better airflow and a cleaner look.

cwade, described the wiring perfectly, the foam on the other hand fills the gaps and inside of your case to absorb shock during shipping, keeping things from moving around inside and possibly breaking, not a bad idea for 19 bucks, mine should be in, in a week or so, let you know how it works.

Finally got the computer today, started up right out of the box, the forgot to hook up two case fans but was easily fixed, I love this computer its a beast. I have 5 total fans even without the other 2 running its still keeping the comp and even 80 degrees, when i get the other 2 fans it should knock it down another 10 or more degrees. what case do you have. i got the apevia X jupiter full server tower.
