Don't hate the builder - blame those leaders of your city of Ontario. If they zoned it residential it would have been some other builder if not Mattamy.
I bought a half million dollar home from them and they refuse to honor the warranty. The windows were proven faulty through certified testing and they still refuse to take care of the problems.
