This band just regurgitates worn out melodies and rhythmic patterns which have been in use for hundreds of years. And what's more, the lyrics aren't even that good. Sure, certain artists who are furthering musical ideas have become famous, Sonic Youth or Portishead for example, but Everclear is not among them.
