  • Beastly airplane. I don't care what people say, I find both A380 series and B747 series amazing and mastery of aircraft engineering. Nice video, love the approach, even thought a little rough.

  • dddd

  • ddddd

  • arrrgghhh.... its coming at me!! imagine that in 3d...

  • i dont know why but i find that plane really scary, must of been those huge wings.

  • urruuul i la vamos nós!

  • what a rough landing..

  • If the start and landing of an commercial airplane looks like the launch and return of a Saturn V, you've proven it is too big to use on a daily bases

  • Sexxxxx

  • i wouldn't fly on an A380 right now .

  • MoNster of a plane

  • thx god you didn't get sucked into the engine

  • that was just super thumbs up!

  • THIS IS A BIG ASS PLANE..... BEAUTIFUL SHOT

  • WooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooW!!!! apic video!

Ебануться просто! У меня слов нет!

Я даже забыл как мастурбировать на подобные видео

  • That is a whopper of an airplane.... wow

  • O_O wow! how can something like that.. with such small engines FLY!!

  • Thats a big ass plane!

  • mmmmmm

  • The King of Skies....

  • A plane full of Arabs arrive in Manchester.

  • فوتوشوب

  • Tried landing an A380 in FSX and still can't do it perfectly lol :D appreciate the pilots. They're amazing.

  • Still smaller than Chuck Norris's ballzz

  • what radio scanner do you use?

  • Beautiful bird.. :)

  • What's the range of the a380

  • The A380 is a straight monster.

  • EPic Crosswind

  • Muito legal =)

  • Feb 08, 2012. Those arm-chair DRIVERS who comment on the skills of the Pilots, must know that every pilots goes thru a rigorous training and orientation in a simulator of the type of plane he flies. Lading a plane of any type is the most crucial part of a pilot's training and experience.

Yet the changing wind factor effects every landing.

  • Wow its huge

  • look at the size of the tail on this beast!

  • beutiful!!!!! oooh! wooow

  • ja ja ja me gustaria ser piloto

  • Looks like a light wind day, maybe 10kts. gusting to 15kts. This pilot doesn’t have it straightened out when he touches down, then over controls badly coming down the runway. When he applies the reversers either he doesn’t have them synced or is adding too much power to one side and she gets squirrely again.

  • @winterocks Who cares? The plane landed fine.

  • @wardy2294 Pilots care dude.

  • I don’t mean to bust on this pilot at all, but when you’re coming in with a light crosswind you straighten it out with the tail at the last second before touchdown. That way the landing gear and tires don’t take the side load like it did in this landing.

  • When the tires do grab and straighten the plane out he counters with opposite rudder input, which in turn throws him in the opposite direction because the plane was already straight due to the tires. He then over controls again the opposite direction to counter the first input of rudder. If he and the co-pilot were ahead of the plane they should have known the tires had straightened out the plane and kept natural rudder.

  • I think since it’s such a new plane and who knows how many hours these two have in her, it will take some time before they can land without fishtailing all the way down the runway. God help them if they encounter a real crosswind landing 20kts. to 30kts. gusting to 45kts. Of all the pilots I’ve taught the hardest thing to get across to them was not to over control, their senses tell them one thing but their brain is telling them something else

  • I still can't believe this monster flies!!

  • @jayfedo Qatar Airways is a lot more expensive than Emirates and they treat you like shit not like Emirates where they treat you like a king.

  • that was a very bad landing

  • What a big task landing this monster.

  • I just love this plane :)

  • pilot must learn safe landing!!

  • What a friccing big bird :-)

Seem to have a short needed runway for both takeoff and landing.

    Impressive!

  • is a monster

  • Very expensive airline...I'll better choose Qatar airways.

  • woow.. i love emirates

  • thats a monster!!!

  • how can anyone call this airplane ugly? to me, it's a gorgeous piece of engineering genius that represents years and years of hard work and a huge leap in the world of aviation...one could reasonably argue that the 787 is a more practical contemporary endeavor but that's ok...they are 2 vastly different enterprises

  • @manifestgtr

    Beauty is subjective.

Enzo Ferrari thought his 1979 Formula 1 championship winning 312T4 was "the ugliest Ferrari ever". Personally I thought the old man was stuck in the past (he was, Lotus pretty much led the development in the 60's and 70's), and after his death that very car has gotten loads of praise.

Btw, I am of the opinion that the lack of aesthetic beauty is the last resort people come up with when there's nothing else wrong with a product, or people...

  • @manifestgtr

And WHO of the passengers will sit in the terminal admiring the "beauty" of a passenger airliner??

    Ridiculous.

  • that's a big bird

  • very good...

  • my car faster

  • what an ugly airplane. it looks like lex luthor

  • @niselat buy new eyes please

  • eu nunca teria coragem de andar num aviao desse tamanho kkkkk

  • Was this the one i was with you for? :)

  • @Superstreak1 i think it might have been

  • i wonder how do you get the radio conversations? :|

  • @Sirajmemon14 Buy a radio?

  • Muito bom, excelente!

  • UGLY!!

  • BIG BIG AIRPLANE EXCELLENT VIDEO

  • Arabs fuckin' rich ...

  • damn that is a big mofo

  • FRANCE, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

  • The Boeing CEO disliked this.

  • I WANT TO KNOW WHO IS THE BEST BETWEEN LUFTHANSA or emirats.....me i prefer lufthansa.

  • No pierdo la esperanza de hacer un landing con uno de eso.. :D

  • muinto loko ese a 380

  • Birds chirping :)

  • Nice Me like.)

  • great!!

  • great video nice plane

  • great vid were are you at 2:22

  • @duxberry1958 cheers and im by 23L but near the runway lights, if you go through the tunnels towards Wilmslow, then go up the path on your right not long after the tunnel, follow that past the fire station, down the steep hill, across the river bridge, through the river tunnel, and follow the road up, im just on a long mound of earth that runs along side the fence

  • this is Awesome but yet intimidating lol

  • wow beautiful

  • That is one short runway.

  • Fantastic landing view!!

  • turbulant landing but nice capture :) what camera do you use???

  • @gregster295 cheers, and its a JVC GZ-HM445BEK

  • @NorthWestAviation I have this same camcorder JVC :) Check my videos from Manchester, if you want.

  • that was a bad landing!

  • @ITzMafiia he's not parking a fucking car, moron... I guess you can land the A380 better than that, right?

  • Hey mate, what was it doing in MAN? Do they not use this for LHR just? :)

  • @iSNiPEjust if your on about the 380, thats daily into manchester, it has been for about a year, but if your on about the reg EDH, i dont know, we have different ones ever day

  • Yeah it was Al but I can't remember his surname. He was Australian, really nice chap

  • BIG!

  • very good video my friend pleasure to watch thanks

  • this is video biutifull

  • i always thought that planes land perfectly on the runway but looking at starting 0:29 tyhe plane uses alot of rudder adn bounce like shit all parts throught the touch down .. but the pilots do a great job

  • GREAT!

  • Cool video! Here in Hamburg is the Airbus Industrie were this aircrafts build.

    But just A380 A321 A320 A319 A318, and no A330 and A340!

  • Was this filmed on 8th April? if so I was on the flight. First time I have flown the 380!

  • @sottyuk yes it was, friday the 8th of April nice, where you departing or arriving? and where were you sat?

  • @NorthWestAviation I thought I recogmised those rudder corrections on landing. I was arriving from Dubai, I was sat near front right in row 47, window seat. I was my first trip on the 380, I flew out on the Sunday before. Managed to get into the cockpit in Dubai during pre-flight checks and chat to the captain. Got few good photos too.

  • @sottyuk not badd:) never been on it yet :/, lol and he really did throw it around once you was on the ground, bet that must have been a ride lol

  • @sottyuk Do you happen to remember what the captain name was?

  • hey man, i managed to film A6-EDH today on its way to EGCC at 40,000ft over south east england. would be interesting if you captured the landing :)

  • @fsMD11 lol no wasnt at the airport today :/ il only be there again in another 2 weeks ish

  • @NorthWestAviation ah ok :)

  • wobbly landing

  • we got a good capture there didnt we :)
