Well i use a Revlon blush

No7 champagne color,

the gold is from a OhLaLa pallet, and the chocolate mocha colors are too! i dont know what that light gold makeup if from!ha sorry!

the pencil is a rimmel and then no7 mascara!

The lip colour is from Victoria jackson silk case.

oh yeah i'd say that is a rumor me and my mum have always done it so i'm sure its ok its been tested for over 40years!hehe plus your gone curl them any way so i dont see how it is damaging weather its before or after you know! but im glad you like it this is my favourite look easy to do too.
