I agree with NewtonBlog it was a bit fast as if you were a bit nervous but I loved to see you playing it on such a pretty instrument too. May I add that if you were nervous that nervousness gave it a sense of emotional authenticity if you know what I mean. Thanks for the upload.
Absolutely amazing don't listen to the complaints I think you played it ludicrously emotionally. Love it, I only liked this piece until you played it Amazing !!!
Hi, this is really beautiful playing (: What grade would you say this is? I'm thinking for my A level practical, I'm way ahead of time but I want to learn the piece really well (:
actually the notes shouldn't connect anywhere, but to make it easier you can group the notes, the hole(11+22), under 2 eight notes, the following way: 3+5+3/4+4+3/3+5+3
Nice job, but you could work on the left hand a bit. It needs to be much softer. Also, when you move your pinky and thumb for the octaves on the left hand, it looks a bit ugly.
totally agree!!! But Bartok's piano, as his music, isn't the gentlest thing in the world, so playing a smooth Chopin on it isn't exactly easy:-D, but I'll work on it :-)
True. I have a question on the fingering for the left hand: shouldn't it be 531351 for the first phrase in Bb minor, or something? I think it's more useful. :]

GREAT! That interpretation reminds me exactly of how I played it when I learned it. It was like hearing myself play it. Loved it. :)

You have to work your fingers in left hand because the way you play so uncomfortable and not the way it play with the finger. Try 54321

He, i also played this piece. I think you play it too fast. You should pay some more attention on the emotion of this piece.

For a film I'm making for school I'm looking
for videos of people who are playing
Chopin - Nocturne in B flat minor, op.9 n°1.
I already found some on YouTube but I'm looking
for some more vids. If you are interested,
please leave a videoresponse to my only video on my account.

what notes connect at the beginning when you have 22 against 12 or 11 against 6?

Well actually my score says 531213, but 312415 suited me better, somehow it was more natural for me;-)
