CPS needs to have a better system in place I would suggest these changes....1) No more anonymous complaints, everyone who files a complaint leaves their name, contact info all of it. 2) if a complaint is made against you and it turns out to be false and unsubstatiated you should then be able to have the info on the person who filed original complaint so that you can pursue legal recorse and the courts should let any of these types of lawsuits be heard and order hefty monitary awards to victims

CPS needs to have a better system in place I would suggest these changes....1) No more anonymous complaints, everyone who files a complaint leaves their name, contact info all of it. 2) if a complaint is made against you and it turns out to be false and unsubstatiated you should then be able to have the info on the person who filed original complaint so that you can pursue legal recorse and the courts should let any of these types of lawsuits be heard and order hefty monitary awards to victims

The mother has forfeited custody of her children for continuing to have her children stay in the same home with this man and be abused. She was an accessory to child abuse.

What I’m sure escapes most of you people by reading your comments is that this isn’t an isolated case of kidnapping by the government. This happens every day, in every state, across the country.
This couple just happened to hit the lottery by getting on the Alex Jones show. So I guess it follows that if we’re able to get this child returned to its parents, then everything will be okay.
Many of you are just as sick as the criminals who kidnapped this child.

Stephanie is separated from her husband. Her husband won't sign the divorce papers. It's possible that her husband is behind the scenes contacting the police constantly with false claims.

In order to regain custodial rights of Stephanie Taylor's children, Jonathan Irish was required to attend Ending the Violence with Scott Hampton, a simple course on how to not abuse your loved ones. It must have been too difficult for Mr. Irish to bother with, because he never attended, and Stephanie Taylor's kids are still in state custody.

People always look @ situations from 1 dimension, what they "think" that they see. When n reality, there r 360 degrees, which include, his story, her story, the truth, & an X factor of any "witnessing parties," (who may have their own motives). I just went in and closed my Facebook account. In the comment I left I made it clear that It was because of this case. That they are an information collecting instrument for the government and various arms of persecution in this country. I had gone to Stephanie's Facebook page and got so enraged that they had been one reasons behind what has happened to this young couple. I would encourage others to do the same. Perhaps if Facebook is hurt in the pocketbook someone will take notice.

@HeyTrud It may be a small step to freedom, but one that can be easily taken. This story breaks my heart and any of us may be next. If enough people show that their eyes have been opened maybe their suffering will have served a greater purpose. I pray they get their sweet baby back.

Please do a background check on this guy everyone is calling a victim. He has been in and out of jail since atleast 2005 for drugs, sexual assault, firearms, drugs again,, etc.... Just google his name with the word New Hampshire police included in the search.

@pootskins I just did what you said, and all I found when I googled john irish was how they stole his baby. Where are all those other charges you were talking about? I even typed new hampshire police beside his name and again nothing. Are you confused about the fact stephanie's ex was abusive? That's why John wasn't allowed to put his name on the birth certificate, that way the child could be taken with the assumption that the child was in danger from her ex. Still confused?

They KNEW social workers would be called to the hospital when she gave birth to this one as they are already losing their parental rights to the two who have been placed in foster care almost TWO YEARS ago.
Try talking to some family members and friends who actually KNOW these people AND this situation and get the WHOLE story. You are being made into a FOOL.

You are all defending a child and a woman abuser because the affidavit lightly refers to a political affiliation. John Irsh is NOT an Oath Keeper, he has a LONG history of domestic assault on Stephanie and her older children, this is why the baby was taken.
