  • My step dad helped build this ship

  • god miss that ship can't even lie... wish i was back on the flight deck with my boys! can't wait to get out of the middle east... take care makin island n be safe on this deployment! see you guys when/ if you guys get over here!

  • Awesome video. I had a chance to visit the Makin Island during San Francisco Fleetweek 2010, and its so great to see the real people on board who make her mission possible. Great job!

  • @2JKuSHiTT Theres only one, and i'd say its the hardest school to get into in the entire country.

  • @2JKuSHiTT to be honest, commissioning through regular college seems to be the better deal. Enjoy college life, and the Navy officers degree completion programs.

  • @2JKuSHiTT if you're not a junior in high school or below right now and don't have a gpa of atleast 3.2 and a high ACT, then the chances of you getting in are a miracle, no offense, just the facts :P. - accepted to west point and USAFA

  • @2JKuSHiTT yes, if y

  • @hamiltonrrw what dragon the Chinese economy is shit compared to US yea we owe them a lot of money but they could not afford to launch an offensive on the US and would get decimated in conventional warfare against US not saying iraqi army was as good as china but before operation desert storm Iraq had the third largest army in the world and was considered one of the most powerful armies in the middle east and the US wiped them out in hours using them as just example.

  • lollollol his last name is Pringle

  • GO NAVY!

  • I'm from Communist China, it's already more or less a 21st century Nazi Germany, and I WANT to join in!

  • @tobiashrieper wow retard you are from US and have US political videos all over your channel lol FAIL!

  • @ak907jk Well, you don't believe the spirit of one man can be tied with freedom, do you? Posting videos of speeches of the U.S. president really doesn't prove anything that I'm from United States. I wish you to understand that it takes me great efforts to breakthrough China's great firewall which blocks YouTube. If you don't believe me, fine, just to assume I'm an American. But if you do, you can find out more from me. And I'll let you know evil things in Communist China you'd never expected.

  • @tobiashrieper well when you put your from the US I'm going to assume your from the US but I will listen to your accounts of life in china and the evils that go on so please I apologize for such a rude comment I had just got done dealing with a a retarded troll so I was a little hot headed and I'm off work now and have nothing better to do Tv broke so I guess I can listen.

  • @ak907jk And I'm glad to tell you the truth of Communist China. However, due to my limited English skill and characters limitation for each post, I cannot say it all. But I'll try my best as it's the freedom of my voice I could merely be available. In spite of Internet block which restricted access to YouTube, social network sites, Twitter and Facebook, are also been blocked. The Chinese Authority tighten control of these sites in fear of revolution as you've seen in the middle east months ago.

  • @tobiashrieper well if they are afraid of a revolution there must be group of people that what to start it what are the names and motives of this rebel group are they islam extremist, freedom fighters, pro or anti US group, ect.

  • @ak907jk In fact, China's own concern currently is only to be better than and to defeat United States in any way possible. Ordinary Chinese really likes to make comparison with U.S., as well as the Party-controlled press. And they are happy to spread bad things happened in the U.S., good news really cannot be seen. Chinese would cheer on anything that made America fall. They hate them as a result of Communist propaganda. You can search for "america china basketball fight", and you'll understand.

  • @tobiashrieper I googled the basket ball fight now I see what you getting at.

  • @ak907jk That what's right or wrong has blurred in Communist China. "No matter where you come from as a guest, we are welcomed and happy." by Ancient Chinese thinker Confucius is now bullshit, isn't it? That is how Chinese really treat their guests. And this is not a sole event, you can really see countless ones of it. Chinese likes peace only if they are the king, only they can brainwash all the people, only if they can say: "We now could fight God!"

  • @tobiashrieper Search on youtube "chinese video game targets US troops" and watch the video

  • @ak907jk Moreover, Chinese IT companies developed their own Twitter and Facebook with names changed and ideas stolen from their original developers: it a combination of these two which called "weibo" in China, literally means, "micro-blog". It's an act of thief. Now, the Authority monitors these "micro-blog"s 24/7 in order to control people from broadcasting sensitive informations, such as Taiwan democracy and June 4th Movement. As I know, anything harm to the regime is updated and blocked.

  • @ak907jk If you want know more, as an individual aspect, the shared view really cannot be achieved with surroundings full of Chinese. They appear to be friendly as what Chinese concern is "face", however, when conflict arises they will strike you, not by confrontation, but by undercover actions such as spreading propaganda secretly of something bad about someone, destroy their charisma. That's why Chinese could never be trusted and united. They're fake.

  • @ak907jk The shared view includes freedom and democracy. But they are really bullshit in Communist China. And Chinese gives a shit about it. Don't believe in what they said about peace, because almost every single Chinese knows inwards they want revenge for what Japan and Western countries did a century ago. They will dominate all people as their slaves like ancient times. And of course they won't say these out loud. They lied. That's why I have to separated from them, however, it's hard.

  • @tobiashrieper Um western aggressions in WW2 the US helped and supplied Chinese soldiers during the Japanese invasions.

  • @ak907jk Rebel groups are vary in China according to regions, e.g. Tibet. But most of which are the ones who are anti-government. As you know, the corruption is out of control in Chinese government. Even a first class train ticket has been available only for officials. How not to be angered. And you're right, U.S. did helped fight Japanese, but Chinese has chosen only to remember what's worse of them. In Cold War, they were the enemy. They even developed games for PLA train to kill US soldiers.

  • @ak907jk There's something I now have to do and I'll stop at the moment. Maybe I'll tell you how Communist spies influence the free world and hire losers to spread false comment ALL OVER the free-world Internet, in relation to their own Internet acts as an Intra-net which all information of the outside world have been selected to be blocked, in the future. I really can't say much like this in Communist China as if I do, I got attention on from someone could take me away to talk like Gestapos.

  • i love these videos, makes me work harder on trying to join

  • Captain Pringle looks like an admiral...

I didn't realize officers could wear their enlisted SW badge and their officers SW badge at the same time.

    I saw a Battle E ribbon with a crooked E.

Awesome video! I sometimes wished that I would have gone back in as an officer after I got my degree. Then again if I did I would have never had my 3 life changing kids.

    GO NAVY!

  • @KillerBeeKiller yeah, he's actually in the wrong on that. The moment an officer earns his/her SWO they are no longer authorized to wear ESWS

  • Salute!

  • How do you become an officer for the navy???

  • @proclub77 4 year degree in college. u can get a scholarship for NROTC and they will pay for your tuition and everything else, (if your in high school). then you have to go through OCS (Officer Candidate School). its a process that takes time, but its worth it. Im trying to get an NROTC scholarship. i still have two more years though. For more information you can go to Navy's website and look at education opportunities.

  • @proclub77 They also have direct commission so you can join in a technical job then be promoted to an officer.

  • ecstatic

  • Marvelous!
