  • you want everything to be the easy way coz according to YOU you are GREAT, but guess what??? youre just the regular credit card holder that gets a credit card, starts spending useless stuff on it, and afterwards cant pay for it! get over yourselff!!!!!

  • OMG! you are just so..... annoying! like, why do you get into a debt? Change in Terms happen ALL THE TIME! based on the economic situations, you gotta accept it, its a business youre not the only customer and as much as they want to help you they have limited options as to help a customer that probably only makes the minimum amount or just a partial credit,

  • capital one has millions on card holders..You close your acc with them,A diferent department by computarize info will send you out a letter to open an acc with them...You are just a number if you dont like it then stop spending money that you dont have

  • I've been getting junk mail from Capital one for the pass month to apply for one of their credit cards. Yikes!

  • Like, you have NO IDEA what ure talking about :S u didnt even do a balance transfer u any promotion u just had a normal APR and when the change in terms took place in CapOne ure APR changed :S and why are u asking for more information????????? I mean the womans already told u u have no other way vv his is a BANK its not ure friend :S !!!!!!! So pleaseeeee stop making ureself a victim......... u know how terms and conditions work!! Capital One complies with all Federal Laws :S so...

  • You did a good job talking to them.  You kept your temper better than I would have. I dumped them LONG ago because of a terrible experience. I wouldn't wish Capital One on my worst enemy!

  • charmaliqueNYC-I'm sorry to hear Capital One credit card took advantage of your loyalty and value. I know how you feel and the anger almost got the best of me. I asked the Lord for his help and guidance to get rid of Capital One. After their refusal to work with me, and I've canceled the card, they now send junk mail asking for my business back. NO chance! Remember, those who do wrong by others, have it returned to them two-fold. Blessing my friend!

  • That's the same exact rate I currently have.  Ain't no way I paying that high rate. These reps from Capital One are making nothing but excuses to cover up the exec's bad business practices to their working class customers. And why? Because, they do whatever it takes to keep their jobs, they would not care if they know their bosses are doing things illegel to their hard working customer, robbing them of their money. I say file a class action lawsuit. It's all about consumer rights.

  • many ppl call the customer service and belive that in there are all the answers for all customer problems, in fact we dont even have all in the info and our supervisors many times they even dont want to talk w a customer even more when are buggin w then same thing over and over, notes are always taken, and trust me, noone cares if u cancel or not, i use to work for att n trust me, i tried to help as much as i could, but we dont have all solutions we MUST fallow a guideline or they get fired!

  • Ok, this may sound crazy but I just got off the phone with Capital One, and got this same lady on the phone!!! When I heard her "Voice" I was 100% sure it was her. I've seen this Video on Youtube before and remembered it! What are the odds of that??!!?! This was the same annoying lady I talked to!!

    Oh and I was calling in to see if I could get a lower interest rate since I've never been late or gone over my limit. I was told no!

    Stay away from Capital One!! They suck!

  • Capital One commercials really suit them well "Hands in my pockets" and then some kid at the end asking like a fucking punk "Whats in your wallet ? " I applied for a card and they told me I would have to send in $300.00 in order to get a $300.00 credit limit...What the fuck? Thats pre-paid. I like Visa and unlike Capital One my bank TD Canada has approved me for 5'000 dollars first time card holder. Capital One can stick their dick up some one else's ass, they ain't fucking mine that 4 sure!

  • I had the same thing happen to me! When I called the number on the back of the card, I got a very rude customer service agent who refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. I told her I knew she wasn't the end all and be all in the matter and that I wanted to speak with a supervisor and she placed me on hold! The came back and said there was nothing I could do in the matter well she was wrong I called back and canceled the card!

  • @Lovelysk8ter - People come first, when the companies start to focus solely on the money, they start pushing customers away. Chin up, keep the positive attitude and do not let these greedy pick pockets get to you. Let them do the leg work and you just live your life to the fullest.   • Capital One will steal your money people. Please BEWARE! DO NOT not authorize them to take monthly payments through ACH via your my checking account. I did and am very sorry I did so. Capital One was so greedy that instead, they took several payments totalling close to $400.00 . It has been almost a month and still has not gotten this matter resolve, and it's their fault.

  • @mariepete1 Together, we the people can rid our society of greedy pick pocket lenders and portfolio managers! The money may seem lost but it will return one way or another when you least expect it. I believe: "All people are genuinley good most of the time". Believing in yourself with the support of faith, family and friends is the key to living a wonderful life. Their time will come, your on the right track, hang in there! Blessings my friend.

  • SO if you say you want to close the ac.they say, yes get lost...you are not retainable. Thats what the software will prompt.

  • This happened to me too! I just got off the phone with those Capital One idiots. I cant believe how they treat their "Valued Customers". When are there going to be laws to protect us from these unfair practices!?

  • Super job of recording! This is a great example of how horrible credit card companies are to deal with. What this guy went through was frustrating--and think how they probably treat people that can not make a payment. Capital One is very low in my opinion.
