I think it's by Die Romantik- they disbanded a while ago, but the theme song for HG is one of theirs, and the song in this episode sounds similar.

I've always felt that Cal is the killer. It's classic whodunit formula. It's always the least suspected, helpful, almost comic relief character. Since the murder of Ben required two people, he's most likely working with Jimmy. Abby's memory of Jimmy "saving" her from Wakefield seemed off. Plus, you'll notice that they never show Wakefield's face in flashbacks, only in newspaper clippings.

I think it might be Jimmy maybe Henry thought J.D. was the killer and shot him but it sounds like J.D. might have had some contact with the killer

It's supposed to be the least expected my thoughts regetably is on Henry :( I think J.D did too he was my favorite but he would be too expected for the murderer because they always go for the "outcast"

So... 11 and I were talking about theories. And we are at the point where we think that Robin was in the car, driving, when the accident occured. She may have been the ONLY one to be wearing her seat belt (possibily could be how her life was spared). Even though it's not her fault entirely maybe she feels like it is cause she was drunk, etc. Hmm... That's the theory.
