@screat Do you not understand this at all? Once you severe the corpus callosum the two hemispheres cease communication with each other. you might not feel what is happening in one side of your body because you are only aware of your surroundings from hemisphere. The opposing hemisphere would still feel it and register he sensation you as a personality would not.
The music is way to much for this video. It's to loud, and it gets on my nerves when i'm trying to listen to what he is saying; A part from that great video.
I've read that a "split-brain" is not really a "split-brain", but instead it's more of a 'Y', and that a patient can use pain to transmit messages from the left/right brain.
Such as touching a sharp blade to denote that the left hand is holding a knife.
Thanks so much for this lesson! I have often had opportunity to give lessons to young people to teach understanding in disabilities. This would be wonderful to add! I also teach about epilepsy.
great video! I really saw the difference in the shoe lace tying when they had the blindfolds on...how frustrating....a connected brain person could tie their shoes blindfolded...very enlightening.
Does this experiment have anything to do with Michael S. Gazzaniga's experiment and studies?

I used to have that same grey Members Only jacket. I believe that makes me qualified to perform split brain procedures on others...

This looks like it would be very informative. Unfortunately I can't really hear anything you are saying over the very loud background music.

not very interisting, just looks like a stupid game to me that doesnt really illustrates anything.
you could give all sorts of explanations and this video is very unclear about it.

Great video. Although, I'm confused by 3:54.
