I've "done my research", and it boggles my mind that this video aired anywhere other than Comedy Central (or FOX News). Just this segment is less than 10 minutes long, yet it would likely take over an hour to lay out all of the logical fallacies and inaccuracies. It's fractally wrong.

I highly recommend that anyone who gives credence to this video do two things:

1) Read or listen to "Skeptoid" (Google it)

2) Get a science education. Basic scientific literacy debunks 90% of conspiracy theories.

You're moving the goal posts. My point is that HAARP is an atmospheric research installation, not a sci-fi James Bond superweapon, and all of the evidence backs this up. Your "50 other installations" claim is too vague to comment on, but of course the US military has facilities where they develop and test weapons in secret. So? Developing weapons is part of their job, and is obviously best done in secret. None of this has squat to do with HAARP.
