You may want to really check pictures of the 70s and the "Farrah look". It wasn't as curled as it had a flip backwards and it was more a fluffy look than just curls at the bottom. But it's a very pretty hauirstyle you created anyway. I wouldn't call ti 70s, though.

You are lucky to have hair that actually responds to curling like that. I have used the same procedure for years, but curls does not sit as well in my hair. Result is too much hairspray or limp hair. A lot of work ether way. You are really blessed with that hair. You can do any hairstyle I can see.
