Huh, that's odd. I got Kakashi right after I finished the game. When I beat the game and went to his house, both Kakashi and Guy were there, and if you talked to Kakashi, he said to choose either him or guy to join your team to help you in battles through Wi-fi or some other battles with friends.
The final boss is hard. Took me two trys to kill him. He is really hard and I do recommand you have your team AT LEAST 60 and up. Hope you defeat him.

This was my team: Naruto: level64-(All Nine-tail armor) Sakura: Level 64- (Saninn's Fan, Ninja suit, Hidden Leaf greaves) Kiba: level 65-(Sannin's Kunai Knife, Hidden Mist Chain Mail, Hidden Mist Greaves) and alternative-Garra: Level 63 (I forgot his items tho). I used Sakura in my team mainly for using Heal All Justsu with saved my Anbu pills. Hope it helps in any way.
All the same except you have Kankuro and I used Kiba. Just out of curiosity, how good is Kankuro in battle? I used Kiba because he had great speed and power with Wolf Fang over Fang.
well black ant helped me out alot with puppet paralasys jutsu... (black ant has secret move iron maiden, puppet paralasys jutsu puts immobility on the enemy) so not exactly good if you dont count the 2 times he paralysed the enemy. i like Kiba now. i would call him a powerhouse
Indeed Kiba is a powerhouse, and for good reasons :) He helped alot with the fight doing Wolf Fang over Fang, and if you get him to at least level 65 you can use W.F.O.F two times in a row and then maybe a Fang over Fang.
XD well dont forget Neji XD he (took me a while before the show to introduce him to find out what sex he was... just the hat thingy confused me) learns 8 trigrams 128 palms and they are nearly dead it does maybe 300+ damage when he learns it

When you first go in the cave, there is a section where there are those two boxes. There is also a switch in that section against the wall and you have to pull it in order for the cave to change then you should be able to get through it.

Lol. I never tried using Neji. I used Shikamaru until I got Garra and now that Garra left I put in my ANBU now as my alternative and I'm training it.
