  • Manchester Universities Gilbert and Sullican Society did this is 2006 (I was in the chorus) and it was colourful and fun-G&S societies are so damn conservative-get this stuff done! Eagle High and Society Has Quite Forsaken are excellent from this too.

  • In my modest opinion, this latter day Gilbert & Sullivan opera has been overly panned by critics throughout the years. Definitely not their best work, I will agree, but it contains some great music and is hilarious if performed well on stage. Good job, by the way.

  • The band is not always together with the singers, who are (mostly) pretty good. Better than the shouty singing of the D'oyly Carte recording!
