  • if you are talking about how long untiL I could squat that weight, probably 6 months of training. If you are talking about a warm up.... I usually do something like

    135x8, 185x5, 225x5, 275x2/3, 315x5+other work sets

  • how long does it take to work up to that weight? In your case?

  • the vid was cut between 1:05 and 1:06, right before you show the weights. Is there a purpose to that?

  • fake plates, notice how the first 2 45's are bigger than that third one, which is probably a 24..
