I don't understand Thai But from the video they seem to use Freeze drying technique to dry and isolate the algae. But considering that they spend electricity for bubbling air through bottles, use Freezer to freeze and then use freeze drying equipment(vacuum pump etc) do they still get more energy out from Algae then what they spent?
