since this guy is an expert on Yugoslavia he should take a look in how us Croats armed our selves against the Yugo war machine...hint; not legally according to the Federal law of Yugoslavia...so this entire b.s. about the right of the people bla bla bla in case they need to rise up in arms against a "tyrannic government"...there is no law that could ever prevent the people from arming them selves unless you live on a island in the middle of the Pacific ocean
