  • Dear Diane she has to fight to control the thing sometimes. I guess an unfamiliar instrument is more of a challenge. She didn't do a bad job on this one.

  • Top notch sounding organ with a modern twist!

  • I like this performance, I like Diane Bish but I want to know when this tune "Blaenwern" got altered from the original, it drives me mad every time I hear it! Someone please come up with the answer.

  • It's kind of a wierd organ console.

  • I enjoy Ms.Bish, however, her songs she will re arrange, sounds the same to me. Always staccato and she will never vary. She does know the organ and I think she is great.

  • Does that organ have double touch?

  • ***** estrelas/stars

    parabéns!

  • I don't much care for the console, but te organ sounds beautiful.

  • what kind of organ is that?

  • Ms. Bish: I have really enjoyed your music on You Tube. I am a fan of all kinds of music, but most especially sacred music on the organ. Your work is awesome. God Bless

  • I have traveled to Budapest many time. This is one of my favorite churches to visit. I have not played this organ, yet.

  • Thank you. As you can tell I do not know much about organs.

  • What is the slide thing for versus the other pedal?

  • The "slide thing" controls the crescendo. Some organ builders use a wheel instead of a pedal for crescendo. The pedal next to it is the swell pedal.

  • This was one of my favourite episodes when she was at St. Matthias. I wish someone would upload her playing Boely's "Fantasie and Fugue Op.18 No.6"

  • I uploaded it. Check my videos.

  • nice arrangment

  • I love this console!

  • Very interesting design. I once saw an organ for sale on the organ clearing house website that had a console that looked just like this. I wonder what it's like to play at a console like that.

  • It's an odd design for a console. With seeing the clips of Diane playing this organ, I've never seen her reach over to change the stops. It looks like it would be a very long reach too by the way the stops are arranged. I would imagine that you would rely the crescendo and toe pistons or have someone to change the stops for you.

  • @cornwallthedragon I think it would be even harder for her to reach the top manual!
