no you are not very well informed about the health care system in Europe. Its a terrible system. Long waiting, rejections, doctor strikes, and none of the hospitals in France have air conditioning. Europeans only live on average about a half a year longer than us only because they have a healthier diet that us. Our system allows for innovation because there is competition. Europe's system relies on our innovation to get their health care products.

I'm not expert but this vid may have one or two facts wrong. You buy the corporation out with junk bonds, debt you get a tax deduction on the interest. Then you use the company's cash flow to pay off the debt. Doesnt seem fair but things like this have shown to be overall good for the economy because it forces companies to be more efficient. Generally, inefficient firms are the only firms that get taken over.
