I downloaded the emulator to my psp, with bios, that isn't my problem, when ever I try to open gpSP it doesnt load, I have psp version 3.95. How do I get custom firmware for PSP (Fat) version 3.95? Is that all I need for it to start working?

My PSP has literally been around the world with me but I've never played an actual PSP game for more than 5 minutes. Thank you Sony, for this wonderful device...it's too bad the intended software is mostly trash though.

The emulator is very cool, exept to games like Duke Nukem Advancerd, or Asterix XL witch uses 3d graphics is un enjoyable slow... but i am sure soon they will be fixed!

As of right now, it's not possible to emulate on psp without a PB (Pandora's Battery) or CFW (Custom Firmware). There's a really nice search bar above this video, search "How to put custom firmware on PSP".

The emulator only takes (depending which one) around 400kb of memory, but the games take up a couple mb (like Kingdom Hearts: COM takes 32mb), which is not alot 4 a full game. I juz wish u didn't need custom firmware to play these games. I have firmware 5.01 and i don't want 2 risk a brick psp!

I had the same problem, and you are trying to run emulators that are meant for the 1.50 or 1.00 OFFICIAL firmwares. What you want to do is get emulators that work on 3.XX (xx being any number and custom firmware)Usually these emulators also work with the slim. If you want to use 1.5 emulators, you need a 1.5 kernel on your psp.

ok here the deal...if u have a slim this wont work...but there is one exeption for u slim owners(i am one of them) all you have to do is use time machine for slims on your psp and downgrade to 1.50 (there is a youtube video about that) and then you download the emulator and roms (youtube videos about that to) hope i helped :).
