This is a fitting of an LVAD and RVAD making it a BIVAD. its looks like a thoratec TLC-II to me. This is used a bridge to transplant or recovery.

It's quite impressive to observe surgeons as they work accurately and professionaly with calmness as a team - as they make crucial quick decisions while the clock is counting down with pressure.
